The result of the work

Company work before Bitrix24 implementation:
Company employees were already working with clients in Bitrix24, but without using the proper functionality to work effectively. They had their own website and the need to systematize work with clients. In order to solve this problem we decided to customize the Bitrix24 portal and contacted MIYSOFT to implement it.

Taking into account the wishes and needs of the customer the following work was done:
Settings of all contact cards, Companies, Agreements, directories and profiles in CRM;
Setting up access rights;
Setting up communication channels;
Setting up multiple sales funnels, transaction and lead phases;
Setting up robots;
Assigning tasks to those in charge of various project conditions;
Training of the manager

Working of the company after the work was done:
Now the entire company works in one unified system. In fact, a sales department has been created, and therefore all available channels of communication with clients have been connected, the speed of processing new requests has increased.

Managers use the functionality of the “My Business” section and plan communications with clients.

Managers also actively process and manage leads. The sales manager easily monitors the effectiveness of managers’ work. Actively uses reports on transactions, invoices, cases, as well as channel communication.

Managers work by interacting with their clients from the base, or process leads from the site.

Managers now conveniently schedule their cases for communication with clients, and the system always reminds them to perform the task. In the process, the manager creates an agreement and leads the customer through the funnel.

Management, in turn, tracks custom reports on transactions / leads / cases / communication details. Jobs automatically perform routine tasks.

Additionally, the business process for apartment rentals, house rentals, and so on is implemented. Maintaining a database of real estate owners. Organization of short-term and long-term calls for occupied apartments.
