The result of the work

The company’s work before the implementation of Bitrix24:
Company employees communicated with clients from different channels, which led to the inability to monitor the effectiveness of employees. There was no possibility to listen to calls of negotiations with a client. The company did not track the effectiveness of sales channels, also did not know how much money regular customers brought. Employees did not work with the existing customer base, there was no full-fledged sales office to lead customers.

To solve these problems, we decided to use the Bitrix24 portal and contacted MIYSOFT to implement it.

Taking into account the wishes and needs of the customer, we proceeded with the implementation:
Registered the portal;
Added employees;
Set up access rights for each staff member;
Connected the open lines;
Connected IP-telephony;
Configured the sales funnel, stages of transactions and leads;
Tuned up reports;
Conducted online training for company employees.

The work of the company after portal implementation:
Now the entire company works in one unified system. A sales department has been created, all available channels of communication with clients have been connected, the speed of processing of new requests has increased. Managers use the functionality of the “My Business” section and plan communications with clients. Managers also actively process Leads and work on contracts. The sales manager easily monitors the effectiveness of managers’ work. He actively uses reports on transactions, invoices, cases, as well as call details.

Managers work calling their clients from the database, or processing cold leads. Now they conveniently schedule their cases for communication with clients, and the system always reminds them to perform the task. In the process, the manager creates an agreement, is guided through the funnel. Management, in turn, keeps track of custom reports on transactions / leads / cases / details.
